Squat challenge feedback: Day 25
The last few days has been ok, I have been adding some lunges and crunches but my healthy eating process has not been so great so as nice as it is to be toning up I’m not losing the weight and so I don’t see much of a difference since the Squat challenge feedback, and I know that exercise and eating healthy goes hand in hand, so I will assert myself better in the next challenge. Going to be a good one. … watch this space J
