Have you ever woken up an hour earlier than the rest of the family just to have some “quiet” me time?
Well that’s what I have been doing lately, over weekends. I wake up an hour before the rest of the family even if I just sit on the couch and have some tea.
It helps me recharge and it gives myself some breathing space before the craziness starts.
